Emily Lopez is a versatile Los Angeles-based actress and singer known for her compelling performances in musical theater. She gained significant recognition in 2015 for her portrayal of Carrie White in the production of Carrie: The Musical at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts. This innovative staging transformed the theater into a high school setting, with audience seating arranged like gymnasium bleachers to enhance the immersive experience. The production received critical acclaim, and Lopez’s performance was highlighted for its depth and emotional resonance.

In 2023, Lopez showcased her versatility by starring as Dot in Sunday in the Park with George at the California Center for the Arts (CCAE) Theatricals. The production was noted for its artistic ambition and was well-received by audiences.

Lopez also took on the role of Sally Bowles in Cabaret with Altadena Music Theatre, delivering a performance that further cemented her reputation in the Los Angeles theater community.

In 2025, she joined the ensemble cast of Tarantino | Pulp Rock at CineVita, a production that intertwines iconic scenes and soundtracks from Quentin Tarantino’s films.
